Has anyone sent a package to Cape Vincent. I mailed my first package yesterday and did not know I had to include the receipts what will happen will they return my package or will he get everything that they can confirm is under $50 and return everything else to me:confused: :confused: :confused:

Depends what was in your package. Most often it's the footwear that they want receipts for. The food and such, they won't need receipts. And it will depend on the officer and the mood of the day as to whether anything might come back to you. Actually, they have the option to donate it to a local charity or pay for mailing it back.
