My boyfriend is at Elba Work Release and he told me that once he start coming home on weekend passes that I would not be able to sign him out because we're not married. Do anyone know anything about that. Please Help

yes, that is true.My husband is at Elba Work release and he comes home on passes.The only one can sign him out is mother, father, sister , brother,or wife, Daughter and son but i think they got to be 18.

Taviahigh Do you and his family get along.They could sign him out but he would have to stay with who ever signs him out.You could go over there to see him.

We Sometimes get alone, but I tries to avoid being around them much as possible

I love Donovan is correct......you have to be married for you to be able to sign him out.......*bummer* if you are not planning on getting married anytime soon......I think the idea of going to where he is would be best due to the situation..... Good luck to you guys!!!
