Welcome! I don't have any experience with AdSeg at CTF, but hopefully someone else here can help you out. If not, you may want to try giving the prison a call and asking them directly--they should be able to tell you about the mail rules and visiting.

I also don't have any information but if you call the prison they will be able to tell you. I do know that they get a central number and the visit is only an hour behind glass in the central visiting area. I am not too sure about what they can get in the mail you. You can check the newcomers forum for CTF and it should have what you are looking for.
