why can't he just behave himself and stop alllowing others the opportunity to separate us? :

Now that my man is gone, but only for 4 months, his friends feel its open season. It seems Like I am up for grabs. I removed myself from being bothered with them and stay away, but when he calls them all they do is lie about where I've been, who I have driving our car....but it all boils down to them wanting to get into his shoes. I know people get a kick out of getting someone all revved up for nothing and I told him if he wants to believe them &%$holes then go ahead and be with them. This is my first bid ever and i don't plan on doing anymore. How can so much trouble happen from minding your own business and going to school, lol. But ladies and gents all this stress is not healthy fro our relationship. He has only been gone a little less than 2 weeks....so imagine what they will say by Christmas.

With all due respect, thosedon't sound to me like true friends. If they were they'd be supporting you guys, not trying to drive you apart and/or crazy. They sound like they might have been part of the problem in the first place? And if they are like that, in his heart he probably knows it too. But I bet he could use a little reassurance right now.

I can well understand being PO'd w/him for even thinking such things. But from what I've been reading here, being down is a huge insecurity producer even without "friends" like that. If you really love him, I would stay WAY away from them and fill your life with positive stuff that you can tell him about, so he will realize you don't even have TIME for this stuff you're being accused of. try to build up a nice life that will be more attractive to him when he gets out than running with jerks who would hurt him.
What have you got to lose? If he don't get it you'll still have the nice life going on...
