I have a question about how many pics they are allowed to have. I know that they can have 10 at Kilby but is that per envelope, per week, or per day? If I send him 5 in one and 5 in another will he still be able to get them? :confused:

I would think that you could....I have seen it different a different facilities.....one place that T was at they could only have 8 at a time...other places have been more and others less. So, it depends on the facility. I do say though to send them in different envelopes if you are sending lots of them.......I used to put them in envelopes, stamp and address them and send them out across a whole week and that way he got mail everyday......and that made him feel much better. He liked getting mail!

I've sent R as many as 25 photos at one time to Easterling. I did split them up and put them in seperate envelopes or in with letters and/or cards. But, they've never returned any to me. Very seldom do I send under 5 pics at a time.

My fiance was at a county jail and could only have 5 pics and I know when he transferred to Kilby he was only allowed to keep 4 letters/cards.
Does anyone know if when he transfers to Limestone from Kilby if they'll go the same sort of thing with picutres and letters. I would hate to send him a bunch a pictures and him have to get rid of them.

You can send him more pics once he gets to limestone, you can send more than 4 at a time and he can keep them all...
