I have never had problems with calls. Now, of all times my son can not get through to my house. I stayed on the phone all day with correctional billing yesterday. They kept saying the line was clear there were no problems. Someone called last night for my son and said he still could not get through. People are so nice to make those calls for people. I have made many myself for friends of my son. I called today, they said they would turn it over to tech support. How long does it take for them to correct the problem? He was able to call my mother's today, fortunately I was there.

Is your CBS acct. billed with your phone bill or prepaid? Have you called your regular phone company and asked them if its on there end? If CBS gave it to tech support, I would say at least a day or 2...I am glad you got to talk to him at your mom's, I know its frustrating when you don't get those calls.

I pay it on my phone bill. They said it is corrected now, but he has not called today. If he has not called by tonight I will know it is not correct. I should be picking him up Monday...Until I see him get in the car I will not rest.
