i read what visits were like last year i was wondering if anyone knows what they are like now... my hubby was just transferred from the beacon (grvc) and i know all the co's there and even though the security is annoying you get used to everyone u know? anyway let me know... anyway hit me back:p

Is this the building right before they send you out? If so it's okay. Not to crazy about it. It has a gate separating the visit floor from everyone else and you feel like you are being watched by everyone. Room is really big and very loud. But you dont go through so much crap like you do the other facilities.

I hate this building it is full of adolescents, and there is nothing but drama there. My husband was there for about six months. The visiting process takes forever and the FEMALE CO's are nasty. Most people are sent there after sentencing. My advice to you would be to not socialize or get too friendly, the CO's will deny a visit or restrict visits for little or nothing...good luck.
