I'm in the paperwork stages of getting married at ICC and I'm still not sure what to expect or how it's done. Does anyone have and info on getting married in a Idaho prison and even more specific ICC

My fiance and I want to get married but we are not sure where to start what do we have to do he is at imsi and is hopefully going to be transfered to icc or isic soon

My fiancee had to go to the chaplin. The first thing we had to do is provide the chaplin with both our divorce papers from prior marriages. After this the chaplin goes to the warden and gets permission...thats where we are at now.

As far as your guy going to ICC they have a very nice visiting room. Chris has been at all the places and he said this is so much nicer then max. Of coarce the yard is better because you can walk around, but as far as tabel visits go these are nice. I have done tabel visits in cottenwood and these are nothing like it. All the visiting gaurds are nice as well.

I really need info on the ICC at Lompoc-my son is waiting placement there and I can't find anyone on this list with a kid there so I can ask questions about visiting, as I read one hour a week on Sundays but someone at Lompoc ICC told my son that you get NO visitors for the whole 6 month program
