At the end of last Jan I sent my relative a $30 MO to high desert. He never got it. I sent the copy of the MO for them to track it. He said he didn't get that either. He went to the local jail for sentencing and they changed his CDC number. Guess what? A week ago I got two more returned pieces of mail. They had his old number on it and it said "discharged". He's been back in for a while. Anyhow I opened up the returned mail and there is the MO and in the march letter there is the copy of it! I had approximately 8 pieces of mail returned because of his short stay at the jail. For two months he didn't get anything. Isn't that crazy? 9 months to return the mail?

I have to tell you, the mail system here is run by carrier moths, and my mail was returned to me, about 2 months later, it had been forwarded to New York!!!!!! AFTER being sent to CCC! That is so SUSANVILLE! I t also took 5 months for him to get books i bought here....maybe they read them before they distribute them.....? heehee.
