Hi all,
Got a letter today, Bink is gonna take a plea agreement, which is aload off my mind now knowing I dont have to worry about being supenaed (<---how do you spell that??? LOL) to testify in court. I was not gonna go, and am glad because I found out what can happen if i ignored the supena...whew thks Sewergrrl ;)
Anyway, was wondering if i did have to go could contempt still take place if they did actually get me served??? I mean I could of hid out until it was over right???
The next question i have is about the plea agreement :confused: His exact words are 5 years, 2 years run together, which I'll serve 30 months, plus I'll have jail credit. So is the 30 months correct??? what exactly does this mean??? And if he gets jail credit and has been in since 8/18/03, what will be his release date?
BTW- He says the plea takes place on 10/6 and he should be transfered either that day or the next to oakdale.
Does anyone know how long a person is there?? And how do they decide where he goes, what guidelines ect...... If anyone has any answers for me Id be forever grateful.
