Thanks to Pinal County Sheriff's page they redirected me to Yahoo groups and to AIMEE :) Thanks for the redirect here. WOW, how neat. Never knew a site like this existed. Anyway, I'm a newbie to the world of corrections. Can anyone answer the following questions? :

1. Are there any special requirements to sending letters and/or cards, gifts, etc. to inmates of Pinal County Jail located in Florence, Arizona USA?

2. How do you apply money to an inmate's account? Does the inmate see any of the money? Here in Portland they deduct from the account for expenses, such as, health requests, nurse visit, doctor visit, prescriptions, ect., ect., ect.

3. Does the inmate have availability to books and mags from me? Do they have to be sent by a retail outlet? Is there a library sharing program available?

4. Being out of state, living in Oregon, what are my privledges, if any?

5. Regarding religious freedoms, is the inmate allowed to have alter space, religious atifacts, ect?

6. Any other accurate "inside" information would surely be appreciated.

Hi there, can I ask if the person who is in jail in Florence a female or male? I am do to start my 3 month jail time on Thurs. I can give someone a message. I had all the same questions as you so that my parents can add money and what not, so I am glad I found your post.
