I am trying to write someone in Chowchilla but my letter was returned.
Would someone please let me know if I am addressing my letter correctly?

At this forum I found this:

So should my address look like this:

Joni Mitchel, W12345 (I am using a fake name but is this the CDC#?)
CCWF
510-7-3L (is this the housing number and could someone explain it to me?)
P.O. BOX 1508
Chowchilla, CA 93610

yeah my mom is there and thats the way that i write her address

My fiancee is across the street at VSPW and the housing information goes yard & unit number - room # - bunk location 3L would be bunk #3 low (bottom bunk)
