I just would like to know if someone here is dealing with PCO here? It appears that I have problems with my service again. My friend at Holman tried to call me today and the call did not go through. I first did not think that it is a PCO problem again since the line went dead after the recording ended, this happens sometimes and usually when he calls again it goes through. But this time nothing happened, my phone was silent......... And now I checked my account and I found out that he tried to call again 3 times. When I checked my number myself now..............it´s busy! We already had this problem 2 times last month and I`m sick and tired of it now!:angry:
I´m using PCO since more than 3 years and we never had such problems so I´m kind of desperated now but also mad!

Anyhow, does anyone here have the same problem? And if so, what do you intend to do? Are the other services, alternatives to PCO??

Yeah i'm with PCO and i'm having the same problem! he tried ringing me and it say's busy, I tried ringing the number it does nothing!

I had the same problem last week, they got it working for a whole day, now i'm having the same problem as you are right now! So, maybe something is going on at holman and it's messing up the people who use PCO! because now I know you are having the same problem I know it's not just me!

well, I´ve no idea what´s going on. I emailed Richard and also left a message on their answering machine. I haven´t heard back yet, but the fun thing is that my number isn´t busy anymore........... So no idea if they already fixed the problem or what............... My friend did not try it again last night so I just have to wait until later on today to find out what´s going on. I will sure call PCO anyway and try to get a living person on the phone.

Like I said, I had no problems for 3 years so I really wonder what´s the case now. It might be Holman, but it´s strange anyway.

I would hate it to go with another service but if they are not able to fix it in the long run, I could have no choice. But well, hopefully they can get this thing under control soon!!

I keep my fingers crossed for us that things will be fine soon.

Just an update on the pco problem. The line works now, hopefully nothing will happen again over the weekend or so.

Yeah, mine is all fixed aswel got to speak to him yesterday! Glad it's all fixed for you aswel, do you have the calls go to your cell?

I wonder how long it will work for now ha ha, I'm thinking maybe a few day's then I will have problems again! I guess that's the catch 22 with PCO, we are so damn cheap an because we are cheap and our calls are so cheap that it's unreal we will bust on your ass all the damn time!

Good to hear that your line is also working now.
No, I don´t get the calls to my cell phone, I get them on my home phone.

I´m using the service for already 3 years now and so far we never had such trouble, so I hope that is just a temporary problem.
