Hi Sweetie....I dont know about Western Union Honey, but theres something called Jpay and they get the money within days...you can send the money online directly to the prison. Good Luck and God Bless.

My fiancee is in VSPW and I send her money thru Jpay.com every month. All you need is her name and her number, and it gets put onto her books in 15 minutes. If you don't want to do it over the internet you can go to outlets like Ace Check cashing and they'll do it for you.
If you ever need any info about VSPW just PM me, I can help, I'm there every weekend.

Send mail to your mom's full name (and CDC number if you have it, but if not they're obligated to use their best efforts to find here there anyway -- but having the CDC #, which will be on her return address when she writes back, will dramatically speed things up in the future; so will having her housing information, which will also be on her return address), at:
P.O. Box 92 - VSPW
Chowchilla, CA 93610
Have her send you a signed CDC Form 106, which you'll need to fill out and send back (in with a regular letter; they'll put it out in the mail room and route it to the visiting officer); approval at VSPW takes a month or two. If she was just sent to VSPW she's probably still in reception and visits will be behind glass for an hour, Saturdays only. She may not stay at VSPW, she may endorse there, or across the street to CCWF, or (unlikely but possible) down to CIW in Corona. What was she sentenced for? 6 years? (First strike?)
