Hi, I´m a current customer of PCO(already since 3 years) but now we have problems again with them. We had the same problem 3 weeks ago or so. So I´m thinking over to try it with another service. Do you know any other inmate phone services out there? I just found a website about IPS. Does anybody use them and how are they?

I´m thankful for any good advice! Like I said, so far I was always pleased with PCO but since we now have to 3 major problem in 7 month, I´m a bit tired of having problems..............

Hey, i've been with PCO less than a week, been blocked already... and over the whole damn weekend not been able to get a call... when we try ringing the number to check it, it just cuts off... no msg or anything.... then when I signed in'o my acc he had tried calling me so many times and they are all restricted with the reason being unable to connect busy, i'm like what my phone is not busy.... so i guess they are having lots of problems this wkend or some shit i dunno im not happy at all with it

Well, I can´t see any restricted calls in my acount but I know that my friend tried to call me. Anyhow, I´m waiting to get someone on the phone tomorrow at the PCO office. Hopefully this nightmare will be over soon.
