Hey everyone! Can anyone help me?? :confused: I NEED to know any details or experience anyone has about bringing clothes for court to a detained inmate at Riker's AMKC/C95.
I tried to bring him a dark navy suit but the CO said no and wouldn't tell me much :shake: except no black or red...
What colors are allowed? Is there really a restriction on the lining of the suit jacket? Can he wear a tie and belt in court? Is it easier to send it through mail?

I'd really appreciate anything anyone could offer on this topic!

hi mrsw i dont know to much on bringin court clothes for an inmate but my boyfriends in amkc ....you could try calling amkc directly and asking before you try another color and type of suit... the numbers 718-546-3550...you can pretty much call any time and day..hope this helped you out...and 1 more thing...whats your boyfriends name? my boyfriend might know him seeing how there in the same building...good luck

Thanks for the reply :) I called this morning and was able to bring him some gray pants and a light gray shirt, as they're not allowed white button downs...rules rules rules
His name is Chris, he's a tall Korean kid :p. He's only been there since the beginning of May, so we're still adjusting (if that's even possible). I have no idea when this will even start to be over as the DA is delaying and trying to have him feel alienated...how is that justice? :mad: Anyway I don't want to get started venting for days so I'll leave it at that.
