I'm a technical writer, but I can do anything - type like a bandit, high 10 key speeds, project management, QA for software. and I'm quite desperate!

I make a big salary in Dallas, but I need to give it up and get whatever i can to work in Arkansas (in an office, not retail.)

My lease is up here in November, and I need to get settled there. My hubby is in County Jail waiting to go to ADC. ANYTHING in Arkansas will be closer than the drive I make currently. And I need to get a life established. I'm living in an EMPTY 3br/3bath house near Dallas, TX. All my stuff is in storage in Arkansas. When we first found out he was going there we moved all our stuff to storage, hoping I'd find a job there soon or we could talk my company into letting me work remotely (for a 1/3 cut in salary even!) and nothing's happened.

I need to live in Arkansas cuz that's where he'll need to parole to, and I want to get us established.

Have you already tried searching online? I don't even know if its possible, but if you could get a Sundays Democrat-Gazette, there are always a lot of jobs in the paper, that require the skills that you mentioned.
