Hi,
just wanted to ask if there is somebody here using PCO for calls with Holman CF and if you had problems lately? My friend is trying to call me since Thursday and cant get through, always receives the message that the line is busy. I tried to call the number myself and also got this message.
I already contacted PCO on Monday but so far there is no progress......... Richard told me there are some other people who have problems with Holman too and that it could be a problems with the switch there. I doubt it is because when I call my virtual number I also can´t get through and so far we never had this if there were problems.

Anyhow, I just hope the problems will be fixed soon, it´s pretty frustrating.

I can say for sure that it has to be a PCO thing and not a Holman thing (not today, at least!!!) because my call came through just fine this morning, and I use the regular CBS thingie.

Oh man, they best not be playing up! I'm just about to set a thing up with them! and there I was just bragging about how good they are!

Usually PCO is very good, I use them for 3 years now. But well, problems can always happen, whatever phone company you have.
In my case there is no progress so far but I heard from PCO last night and so I´m optimistically that they will fix the problem ASAP.

That's good then, I hope you get it all sorted asap!

Here in the last 2 weeks we have had the same issue with the PCO line being busy, it is a PCO issue not Holman. Call Richard or talk to someone in the CS dept and they will get the issue corrected.

I know how you feel..

It appears we have the same problem again................. I did not get a call this weekend and when I tried the number myself it was busy............... It sucks, really! I did not expect this again now.

Will it take them long to get it fixed....

Last time it took them a few days to solve the problem(called them on a monday and could finally use the service again on Thursday). Richard told me last time that 6 other people had the same problem at this facility. Anyhow, I never had this much trouble before. I´ve been using PCO for more than 3 years now and usually we just had very little problems(one 2004 and 2005) but now it is the 3rd problem within 7 month and the second within 4 weeks!

Anyhow, I hope things will be back to normal soon. I called PCO today but since there is a holiday today I could not get a living person on the phone. I´ve emailed Richard and was leaving a message on the answering machine. I will call them again tomorrow, hopefully this problem will be fixed very soon! I´m very impatient and getting mad!:angry:
