I posted this in the Federal Prison Forum and have not any answers yet so I thought that I would post here and see if I get any responses.
My husband at a Federal Prison Camp-Englewood it is in Littleton. I just wondered if anyone else had a loved one there. I had questions about visiting and about sending stuff if you can. Thanks to anyone that can answer my questions.

I have had and I do still. What did you need to know? There is a list that the "camper" can get from his Counselor as to what you can send and how to send it. Money needs to be a "postal money order", but there is a limit as to how much they can have at anyone time in there account, somewhere around $250. Visitation isn't too bad. You do need to have him get a visitation form from his counselor and send it to you. It takes about three weeks for approval, you know background checks and all. The FPC is outside the razor wall on the compound. You can have contact but not conjugal visits. You meet in the area where they have meals, but you can also go outside to the "picnic" area. There's a small playground for the kids. There are certain items of clothing that you cannot wear, such as low cut tops, sleeveless tops, tight pants or tops, you know anything that can bee deemed racey. They will turn you away if the wrong guard is on duty. Take your picture ID, i.e., drivers license is best. There are vending machines there so that you can purchase goodies for him. Don't take over $10 and make sure that you take paper dollars (not the new ones) and also coins. Beware though, sometimes I've had better luck playing the slot machines in Vegas. Hopefully this will help you. If you need anything else let me know. I will be returning there in two weeks. But I will be checking email.
Take care and be strong!
