Friday morning I went to court on the temporary restraining order and sole legal and sole physical custody of David and was granted a 3 year no contact order even peaceful contact and restraining order and was granted sole legal and physical custody of david with no visitation until he can proof to the court he can be clean, reliable and a postiive role model for his son. Part of me is relieved and part of me is sad that this is the way it turned out!
also I was infant/adult CPR'd certified and first aid certified, took the class today and I start my new job on MOnday at 1:00 pm
whew!!
Glad it's over and it went the way you wanted it too... Good luck on the new job!

sunnie your life seems to be moving forward, its all a liitle overwhelming but it seems to be all good, change is scary, but a necessay evil. your doing fine!!! are you settled in your new place?

I'm so proud of you for following through. Last December I had to take a "communicating a threat" order out on my ex husband. I did the papers for a restraining order, but didn't follow through with it, because I was afraid it would make things worse to keep his little girl from him. Luckily for me everything has worked out fine. But way to go!
