Hey all. Yes, another great visit! :p It was my sweeties birthday Friday, so I drove down to see him (visit day was on Sunday)...help him celebrate. Of course, I overslept! Who does that after driving 5 hours to see their man? :confused: Geez...LOL. I had the alarm in the room & my cell phone alarm set...neither one went off! :mad: Grrrr . Drove down the night before so I'd be able to get some sleep...get up early & get all "fixed up". Well, I did the get ready PDQ instead. We didn't get scolded or kicked off the yard...LOL...so I'd have to say all went GREAT! ;)
Bookworm, I couldn't help but to think of you while I was there. Wondering where y'all sat, etc. Too bad are visits couldn't have been on the same day. And Ms. Rae...where were you at? Anyhow, just wanted to share. :)

Hi girl! :wave: I am VERY happy for you! I wish that I lived closer, so that I could visit my Steven more often! I am glad that the two of you got to spend that precious time together, and I hope that it was as wonderful as my visit with Steven! If so, you are probably STILL smiling from ear to ear! :)

Yes, it would have been awesome if the two of us could have visited at the same time! :thumbsup: I would have loved to have met the two of you! From your picture, you two seem like a lovely couple! BTW, Steven and I sat at the table nearest the door! I was sooo nervous when I first walked in, that I felt as if I were going to faint, so I just sat at the nearest available table! LOL Glad to hear that the two of you didn't get kicked out! Steven and I really lucked out! The guards on duty that morning, were very laidback and easygoing. They didn't seem to mind that Steven and I were sitting close to one another, holding hands, kissing etc. It was FANTASTIC! ;)

I probably would have slept in too if it weren't for my friend(the early bird!) waking me up at the crack of dawn! LOL She is better than an alarm clock! I had washed and straightened my hair the night before, and she helped with my make-up in the morning, which I don't normally wear! But I wanted to look extra special for my baby!

Sooo, are you gonna share any more details about the visit?? Inquiring minds wanna know woman! ;) Did you stay at the Best Western? We did! It wasn't anything special, but it was clean and comfortable. We only stayed in Atmore the night before the prison visit, as there was shit all to do down there! So, we just moved on!

Alright, gotta go to bed! I'm exhausted! Just wanted to say that I am glad that the two of you had such a nice visit, and I hope that you will get to see him again soon! Oh, and I hope that your man had a wonderful birthday! Wish him a happy belated birthday from me, would you! Talk soon girl,

Suthern, make those pictures bigger so we can see you and Mr. Suthern. :-) You know what's crazy? I get excited just looking at the walls of the visiting room. Its funny the things you associate with your man or that place or whatever. I smelled soap when I was out this weekend and thought, "That smells like prison soap!!!" *lol* The visits go by so quickly, but leave such a strong impression. . .
