my wife was sentenced to 3 months of a 10 year split she spent a month in the county why didn't they just let her finish her sentence there now i haven't heard from her in 2 days i need assistance i know nothing about this stuff

There is a law that says state inmates can't stay in county jails more than 30 days. If she was transfered it will take her a week or so to set her phone list up so she can call.
