My Fiance is at CRC and has/had? a medical hold on him. I relayed a message to him to refuse his surgery on May 1, 2007. I am hoping that this will release the medical hold that they have on him. I am wondering if this is true and if so how long will it take? He has court on May 14, 2007 now and I really need for him to have his medical hold released in time for this so that he can be transported back to the sentencing court and calculate his time. Any help would be so greatly appreciated. Thanks,
