Is there anyone that knows someone in SAP at Ventress? My son is in the program. Normally, he calls on Sunday. I did not hear from him this past Sunday. I have read they they do not turn the phones on sometimes or they are not working. Did anyone get a call from anyone in the program this past weekend?

apparently there must be some delay from when you enter a program such as SAP and when you allowed to use the phone.. We haven't heard from my nephew since Friday (3 days). He was waiting for his turn to enter the SAP program. can anyone confirm this?
