HI just yesterday my husband had called to say he was at a county jail and the inmate locator said "in transit" and now today it is no longer "intransit" it has a place which is San antonio ccm. does that mean he will be at that place today and i think its a halfway house. please help.

Hey the inmate locator can be off a day or 2. You know how sluggish and lethargic the government is. CCM stands for community confinement, which is a halfway house. Is he Federal or State? I had to do 2 seperate sentences in the halfway house. One after prison as part of a transition process, and one time for punitive measures on multiple violations. The halfway house is a breath of fresh air compared to prison. He should have no problem. Just needs to secure employment and finish their ever so barren classes which are a joke.
