My Fiance is at CRC and was excluded earlier this month. He has a court date set for the 30th. of this month back here in this county to calculate his time. He should have been moved tonight in order to make it on time. Well I talked to his Attorney and she said that she was told by the Sherrif that he will not be moved in time because he is not "Medically Cleared" for transport. He will be cleared 6-8 weeks after his medical procedure. What kind of crap is that? The medical procedure is to set his pinkie that he broke last year. Now I have been talking to different people and I am getting the same resonse. No one has heard of this, ever. Is there anything he can do as far as declining the procedure? Is there any form that can be filed? He still thinks he is getting on a bus to come home. This is crazy.

I know that they do something like this. But for his finger? My husband had surgery March 1 and is now undergoing chemo and radiaiton. they have told me he will not be cleared to leave on his date of June 10, because he will still be under treatment. So I have no idea if they will finish or when they will. But right now I hope they keep him long enough to finish.
