Can someone tell me what are we allowed to wear while visiting at J.B. Evans? Its a longer trip but I hear inmate are treated with respect. Not cursed at and called names. Why so different there? Inmates has same crimes...OIC , its the people.....caring and respectful Guards. I guess they realize that inmate has already been judged and punished. no need to try and take their pride.
