Today I got 2 letters from Joey, one of them being postmarked 09/03 !!! The post office really sucks at times !! :mad:
Anyway, it was about his b-day, and I'm gonna quote a part of his letter, showing that sometimes it really "ain't all bad behind the walls". :)

My love it's 11:30, guess what ?? All week I been telling everyone it's my B-day !! Well sgt Bell, off Gonzalez and off Martin came to my cell with a honey bun and a candle and sang Happy Birthday to me and gave me a pair of shoes "used" from Timmy as a B-day present !! I been telling Tim I need some shoes and he gave me his because he goes home soon. That was pretty cool ! What you think Frenchy ? I thought that was pretty cool"
Well, I actually think that was "pretty cool". So thank you Mr Bell Gonzalez and Martin, and thank you Tim for the shoes. I wish you all the best for after your release. :)
