Recently received news that my friend (USAF) was sentenced to a military base/confinement in Louisiana. He was court martialed and I need help locating him. Where should I start?

Hello and welcome to the PTO Military forum. I'm not familiar with any confinement facilities in Louisiana. There is Barksdale AFB in Bossier City and he may be confined to the brig there. Actually, Barksdale is the only AF base in Louisiana so that fairly well narrows it down!
