I dont know what I was thinking but i recently bought a 1000 piece puzzle and its driven me insane:angry: any advice, tricks or tips?

Anything special about the puzzle? Pieces all the same? No color pattern changes? Or just your average puzzle? You do know to separate out all the edge pieces and start with that, right?

I assume you started the edge pieces...I also try grouping like colors/patterns together...

It's really frustrating to buy a puzzle that has no edge pieces because they purposely made them look like all the other pieces with no straight edges. I usually give up at that point and I'm someone who enjoys most puzzles...

I group all the shapes together and then put the outside borders together, then me and my co worker work on them at work when we are waiting for other work to come in. I usually start with people or animals and my coworker does the solid colors.
