THEY JUST MOVED MY BOYFRIEND THER A COUPLE DAYS AGO I HAVENT HEARD BACK FROM SAN QUENTIN YET TO SEE IF i WAS APPROVED HOW DO I GET A VISITATION FORM ?

I believe the inmate has to send it to you and it has to be signed by him. You may want to call the prison, i just sent in my application 2 weeks ago and I am already approved.

I filled out my application and was approved about 4 months ago do you know if I need a new one before I go up there in Oct? My guy hasn't mentioned it but I know they updated the forms not to long ago correct?

They normally let the inmate know if the form needs renewing and they will then send it onto you, normally when I visit (every 3-6 months) they stick a note on my ID saying update and I can do it then and there after my visit.
