Fed-X,
I am assuming since your sentence was more recent, you may have been under the mandatory minimum. Is there any way to earn more then the 54 days per year they will give you for good time? I think I have spoke with him or someone about this before and I beleive I was told yes you can earn alittle more but I am not sure. The way it looks now, even though the date on the inmate finder page(BOP) says 2/12/12, he can earn enough to get out 10/2010. But if there is a way I can work on him to earn more good time, I will try anything! We are talking to lawyers now about fighting old convictions from when he was a juvenile charged as an adult. But I don't allow myself to have alot of hope! This way I don't fall to hard! Well, I thought mabey you could answer that question that is why I directed at you. I hope everything is going good for you out here.

Hello Kint,
One can receive an additional year off if one can get into the drug program the BOP has.
With regards to your 2nd question, you are going in the right direction. Hav an attorney re-open any odld cases that are giving him point in his PSI under Crimninal History. If there is more than one, all the better. This MUST be expunged, NOT vacated! After that he can pull himself back into court for a sentence reduction. This can be done on the State end in no more than 5-6 weeks. If you have any further question on thw above subject matters, you may contact me at (e-mail address removed per PTO policy) National Judicial Review.

The only way to get further reductions beynd the 15% is to get accepted and successfully complete the fed's RDAP or ICC program. He can get up to one year taken off his bid.
