:) IN today's news paper it reads these words"state looks to slash prison costs with new program." what they want to do is to start a program for the teenagaers in illinios so that they won't go to state prison. They would like to have them put in drug abuse programs so that they will stay out of prison and what ever program takes these teenagers that sell drugs will be paid. so this is a bill thats at the gov office as we speak and it sounds like it has a very good change of passing. I hope that it does then they can start reforming more of the system.

I'm glad that they are trying to prevent teenagers from getting caught up in the system but I wish they would also worry more about those of our loved ones that are already in the system.
