View Full Version : 3 more days and a wakeup
chucks girl 04-06-2007, 09:28 PM Can't believe my husband is almost back in Massachusetts. On Monday he will be leaving WV and headed to HWH in Boston. The kids and myself will be waiting for his arrival at the HWH to see him. They have not seen him since June. Don't know what to expect at the HWH but he'll only be there @ 21 days and he will be released officially from the BOP. Yippee.

noname10 04-08-2007, 08:17 AM Wow it is moving along fast isnt it. Maybe after he gets settled at home he could give his view on the halfway experience and you could give yours. There is so much negative things said about the houses, it would be awesome to hear from people who have just experienced it. Now it is 2 and a wakeup....

chucks girl 04-09-2007, 01:17 PM My husband called he is on the bus right now on his way back to Massachusetts. Can't wait to see him tomorrow at the HWH. Only wish he was coming directly home. I miss him so much I really could use some lovin (lol). May 4th can't get here fast enough, you know what I'll be doing on May 4th. (lol) I'm just so excited but a bit nervous too, about him and the kids seeing eachother tomorrow for the first time since June 23. I'm sure there will be plenty of tearsof joy. They just love him so much. We're leaving for
Boston early a.m. cause it is opening day for Red Sox and there will be lots of traffic. I'll keep you posted.

chucks girl 04-10-2007, 04:24 AM Well my husband called at 4:30 this a.m. he's in Boston. He said it feels good so far. Don't know how much adjustment he needs as he was only in federal since June. Can't wait for a big hug this a.m. I'll keep you posted. Once again thanks for all your support.
SCMom 04-10-2007, 05:57 AM :) I guess in my first post on this thread I misunderstood. Sorry. It won't be long now! I am so HAPPY for you and the children, it will be a joyful day, PRAISE THE LORD!!! Congrats on getting him home and behave yourselves after the 21 days! Don't want to wake the kids, you know..:D
Can you feel my vibes all the way from SC? It's wishing you all the luck in the world.;)
ctmom 04-10-2007, 06:11 AM Yeah!!!! I'm in CT and I feel your happiness!
marcus30 04-10-2007, 10:35 PM Warm the stove, put on that special dress, and tie a ribbon around the big tree cuz he is coming home. God Bless and enjoy every moment of it, because you bet THEM. The system. Savor in your victory and most of all congratulations.
ctmom 04-11-2007, 04:54 PM Keep us updated. We'll all be there some day, and, as always, the more info, the better prepared we'll be for whatever happens.
chucks girl 04-11-2007, 08:23 PM What long days these two have been. Yesterday visited husband with the kids from 10:00 to 3:30. Husband asked me to leave because he was exhausted from bus ride and I guess the nervousness of going to someplace new and not knowing what to expect. Yesterday he hated the place he complained about everything. Today he was in better mood and said it's not too bad. He said he'll just do what he's told and then get the hell out of there on May 4th. I on the other hand am pissed his visiting hours after the first 72 hours of being there are from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. They give him kitchen duty and he has to report for kitchen cleanup at 7:00 that is during his visiting hours. They shoud have it so that if it's your night of visitors then someone else should be assigned. It take over and hour to get there from where I live especially since the Red Sox are playing right around the corner from him there is traffic everywhere. I tell you I can't wait till he is done with this whole ordeal. Tomorrow is another day to visit then it's regular visiting hours for us. I love just sitting with him talking, holding hands getting a kiss here and there. I can't wait to have him home. Unfortunitly he will be in there for our 24 year anniversary as it doesn't fall on our regular visiting day so I guess I'll celebrate alone.(lol) But I tell you it's a good feeling seeing him everyday and talking with him instead of twice a week from Morgantown and that woman telling me this call is from a fedreal prison. Duhhh I think we all know that. I'll post again tomorrow as
I've got to relax I've been going since 5:00 this morning work two jobs then the drive to Boston then home again. I love him with all my heart so it's all very worth it to me.
krummy 04-12-2007, 12:18 PM CONGRATS to you all. What a wonderful way to begin spring
Baby Girl27 04-12-2007, 09:50 PM The automated voice quoting "this call is from a federal inmate" drives me crazy too....lol.....don't remind me:D .
