I was denied for the Pre-Trial Diversion Program. I will be sentenced on Thursday of this week. If I am not granted probation, I will be taken into custody at that time. I just wanted to thank everyone at PTO for the support you have shown me since I have been here. I have shared this site with my family and friends and I hope they too will find solace here.

Oh Carol, I am so sorry. I was so hoping they would recommend diversion for you!! You will certainly be in our thoughts and prayers this week, especially the Alabama folk here.

If they do take you into custody, I hope one of your family members or friends can come onto PTO and let us know how things went? I will PM you a little later today and give you my e-mail address and mailing address as well... I'd love to help keep you in the "PTO loop" while you are gone, if you have to take a forced vacation from PTO!

My court date has been postponed until next Thursday. Another week of waiting...

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you the whole time! It will be hard to work this way but I'll do it! :-))
