Ok, I'm kind ashamed to say, but in some areas, I am extremely computer-illiterate! I have an image that I want as my avatar. It needs to be cropped and maybe cut down. I just can't seem to figure out how. What really has me stumped is how to get the picture from where I have it saved up into my post!

Can anybody help me? I'd be indebted to you forever! ;)
