What have I been up to:

Yeah have my special this weekend and 2 coldsores! Been a bit rundown lately. Hubby is hiding easter eggs for the kids at the visit centre on Sunday!
Have a house full of people my bro, his partner and son has come down from Queensland and he surprised us all as he is moving back here and expecting another child!!
I tried to get another promotion at work but the boss had given the job to her friend so now i am busy looking for courses online. To change jobs.
Hubby is doing well, not much changes up there: he went before the parole board and was told he had to do counselling for his crime, drug and alcohol counselling and he was living in the cottages but moved out back to the big units and now he has to move back to the cottages.
He went before sentence management and was told he is moving prisons end of next year and doing courses there- intense counselling for his crime - he had to wait over 4yrs for proper counselling for his crime!!! He stays there for 9mths and then open camp - or he could live at some appartments in the city where he would work during the week and come home on weekends - haven't heard about the appartments before has anyone else? Hubby put in an application for it though. So with all that Parole looks like it is coming to us!!!

VICTORIA'S first halfway house for prisoners nearing the end of a sentence will boast views over the Docklands from its upstairs rooms.
Convicted armed robbers and domestic murderers will be among prisoners who will be allowed to leave the new transition centre with no supervision. But even the crime victims' lobby group that routinely slams "soft" prison policies has welcomed the reintegration initiative.
The Judy Lazarus Transition Centre in West Melbourne will house up to 25 male inmates and is due to open next month.
Corrections Commissioner Kelvin Anderson said yesterday no sex offenders or anyone considered a risk to the community would be allowed at the $4.8 million centre.
Prisoners chosen to complete their sentences there would be trusted, low-risk offenders who had already earned a placement at minimum-security prison farms.
The centre, on the corner of Jeffcott and Adderley streets behind the Melbourne Assessment Prison, will be a secure site monitored 24 hours a day.

Wow Em, apart from your coldsores, everything sounds really positive for you, and hubby. Im so pleased to hear at least somethings are in the pipeline for him.That apartment concept sounds excellent, so I hope he is sucessfull with the application. Home on weekends..ummmmm that sounds good :)
