-am i allowed to write with those glitter gel roll pens to my love in reception at DVI Tracy?

-i know no lipstick, no stickers and no perfume while in reception, but what about when he gets to the mainline? are those things allowed then?

if anyone has any other helpful info on mail do's and don't's at DVI i would really appreciate it. thanks

i have been using those pens the entire time at dvi tracy and have had no problem.
to be safe i have never tried those 3 again.

My experience is Stickers and Lipstick have never been allowed on mail going into an inmate in general population, and it seems to be the standard at most institutions. Perfume is not allowed either, but it does get through.. lets just say they dont like it, but they dont make a big stink out of it either.
