I do not know of any where in AL they can use prepaid cards. If you find out different, please let me know.

No, the ADOC does not allow prepaid calling cards. Correctional Billing Services is the one the ADOC goes thru for collect calls. You can set up a prepaid account thru CBS for the calls.
