My husband was just transfered to Chuckawalla today :( and I wanted to send him a package with paper & envelopes in it, but I have a question. Do I need to have a bed number or can I just put his name and CDC number and the address? He just called me and doesn't have any of his info yet.
I also wanted to know about special packages. I don't really understand how it works. I read the info posted from PTO, but I am still unclear on some things. If I want to send him a fan and batteries, shoes, clothing, underwear, ect... can I send it by special packages and how often can I do that? I didn't want to take up precious space in the quarterly package. Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. :o

A special package is for electonics only. I am not to sure on the fan. The quarterly one you can send clothes, batteries, food, etc. Go to the website and select the special package and whatever comes up you should be able to send. Good luck.

You could send envelopes and stuff without bed info but I'd just wait 'til he gets it 'cause mail there is not the best so his chances of getting it when he normally would are slim
