Does anyone know why they are on lock down? I called to tell my brother our pap died and it took him 4 hours to call home because he said they are on lock down. He said he didn't know why. The funeral is 3 miles from fci morgantown and they will not allow him to go to the services with an escort even. How awful is that.:angry:

Sometimes they're on recall for a few hours, sometimes it's longer than that. My finace told me that they were allowed back out around 2ish. Since he just got there they may not allow him a furlough to his grandfathers funeral. It depends on who's there and how much time he has left?? Sometimes they're good and sometimes they're real a-holes...It just depends. Hopefully they'll allow him, cause it would be terrible if he couldn't go. :(
