Has anybody out there had their Visits Suspended from Kent??? I need some advice on how to go about appealing beyond the VRB...My Visits were suspended because there was false IPSO info suggesting that I had introduced contraband to the Institution..My Husband was Dry Celled for 3 days, nothing was found, He provided a urinalysys (Negative for Narcotics) and still Our Visits have been suspended for 6 mos. the VRB reviewed and up-held the suspention. Where do I go from here?????

The VRB is Visit Review Board, they are the ones who decide if you will be eligable for visits. and in response to your question-My Husband was Dry Celled because He was falsely accused of introducing Contraband into the Institution

Next step is to appeal to the warden...
then grieve it to Regional Headquarters...
then to National Headquarters..
been there done that....a few times.
Problem is by the time the grievances go through your time will be up...its very frustrating and they and they can do it over and over.
