hey i my baby daddy is married. but is going through a divorce. could i still go to see him. and do anyone knows how much he will have to pay for the divorce?

usually he won't have to pay for the divorce if he is incarcerated. especially if they claim low income the state will pay for it. you can still go see him just get added to his visiting list. good luck

If the prison knows he is married then only the wife is allowed but since he is getting divorced I would call the visitation supervisor and ask them if you can be added to the list since the divorce is in process.

I agree...they want to see divorce papers....my boyfriend is at Easterling...all other facilities we had no problems but when he went there I had to come up with divorce papers before they would let me be put on the list.......they have it on record that he is married then they will want divorce papers.....
