Hi, I know that some time ago I read a list of NY correctional facilities that have FRP's, but I can't find it now! Does anyone know where to find the list, or which facilities in the NY hub do have them? Thanks very much!!

Here's another question pertaining to FRP's in mediums. Do you know why SOME mediums have FRP's and other's don't ? I have always wondered that. My brother is in a medium that doesn't and it was a letdown to find that out. Even through all that, we still feel lucky that we can visit him and get calls! It could be worse :)

your sentence has to be more than 5 years, many in mediums do not have sentences that are that long. Beyond that, it is kind of catch as catch can. Sometimes mediums share the FRP facilities with a max-when they are close together. But not always.

Momma Ann (or anyone else who might know the answer to this question), do you know if they have to have 5 years remaining on their sentence to be eligible for FRP, or just sentenced to more than 5 years?

Hey Momma Ann: thanks for all the info about the fdr'. i'm new to this NY i live in Nj and in NJ They dont have trailer visits nor food packages. NY INMATES ARE VERY LUCKY AND BLESSED.
