can someone please tell me how long visitation is in Parchman for unit 29C? Is it through glass? Are you with everyone else? Is it bad?

I've only been once to see my nephew a long time ago but we actually got to go outside together. We ate out of machines and sat on the grass.

I'm not sure where you might be going and if it's the same area but it was kind of nice compared to other places he had been.

If he is A or B custody visits are not through glass. They are from 9-2 on his given visit day which is assigned by the unit he is in. You learn to "zone out" the rest of the room and you and he talk. You'll be fine. Actually Amy posted a thread about visiting PArchman, so check this out.

Visitation at 29 is fairly good. You are in a large room on folding chairs with other people. Check out Amy's thread DAM311 mentioned.
