MY EX IS STILL IN PRISON, HE GOT 12 YEARS FOR 10 COUNTS OF AGGRIVATED ASSAULT AND 1 COUNT FOR DISOBEYING AN OFFICER. WHEN WOULD HE BE ELIGIBLE FOR PAROLE AND WOULD IT BE HARD FOR HIM TO GET IT WITH WHAT HE WAS CHARGED WITH? :confused:

He is in Ft leavenworth Kansas. its the military DB.

KALICHIK, USUALLY AN INMATE IS ELGIBLE FOR PAROLE AFTER SERVING A PART OF THEIR SENTENCE,(AROUND ONE THIRD IN AL.) HE SHOULD HAVE A TIME SHEET STATING HIS RELEASE DATE,AND THEY WILL LET HIM KNOW WHEN HE BECOMES ELGIBLE.ALSO, NO ONE CAN TELL YOU WHETHER HE WILL MAKE PAROLE OR BE DENIED,YOU WON'T KNOW THAT UNTIL THE DAY OF THE PAROLE HEARING, AS FAR AS THE AGG.ASSAULT CHARGES, OF COURSE IT DOESN'T LOOK GOOD,BUT THEY SAY YOU NEVER KNOW,WHEN IT COMES TO THE PAROLE BOARD.HOWEVER,I DO BELIEVE,THEY LOOK AT A LOT OF THINGS,DOES THE INMATE SHOW REMORSE? PROGRAMS TAKEN,APPLYING THEMSELVES TO POSITIVE CHANGE,ATTITUDE,JOB,FAMILY,HEALTH ISSUES,GOOD RECORD,ETC. OH! I JUST NOTICED,IS HE IN A MILITARY BASE?

yeah he is at ft leavenworth ks. its a military prison. so i dont know if they are harder on the military prisoners than just regular prisoners at other facilities. so, yeah im just trying to find out things about that place. but thanks for the message.

I would visit the web site for the military service he is in and see what regulations they have on parole from military prison. I just read the one through a few weeks ago on the Air Force's parole program.
