You can try just writing him name and thr USDB address on there envelope..maybe they will deliver it to him.

If he is at the Disciplinary Barracks on Ft. Leavenworth, you can call Inmate Administration@ 913-758-3646 and see if you can get any information on how to contact him. You may run into problems getting specific information due to privacy rights. They can tell you how to get mail to him. Here is the address:
