:confused: My hubbie has been moved to Bibb and honestly there are so many questions that I need answers to, and don't know where to start. Who can help with the “good time” credits? He hasn't recieved a time sheet yet, so we are uncertain exactly when his EOS is...we've been told several different dates, but his ADOC inmate search says one thing. I tried calling his classification officer, well that was no help. Also, he did get signed up for the Crime Bill - supossed to start that in June. So, is it 6 months or is it 18 months. PLEASE HELP.

A LADY TOLD ME THE OTHER DAY THAT THE CRIME BILL PROGRAM WAS A 3 PHASE--6 MONTH PROGRAM,TOTALLING 18 MONTHS. AS FAR AS HIS EOS DATE, I WOULD GO BY THE DATE,GIVEN TO YOU BY YOUR COMPUTER SEARCH, IF IT IS IN THE SYSTEM,THEN THAT IS HIS EOS DATE, AS FAR AS GOOD TIME CREDITS,I THINK THAT IS GIVEN TO THE INMATE,BUT,I AM NOT TO SURE ON THAT ISSUE,SO HOPE SOMEONE COMES ALONG TO HELP YOU ON THAT. ALSO,JUST CURIOUS, BUT ARE YOU IN OK. AND HE IN ALABAMA?? MY LOVED ONE HAS BEEN IN BIBB CF IN AL. APPR. 2 MONTHS.

Thank you so much for this info. Yes, I am in OK and he is at Bibb. Very long story...LOL It has been hard, being 800 miles apart. Haven't seen him since 2/06. The whole crime bill sounded good, when I was under the impression it was only 6 months, but 18!!! My hubbie is in C block, where is yours? Take care!
