My fiance is in the Mobile Work Release, he's been there for about 2-3 wks. He was sent there from Kilby(he was here for 1 wk), and to kilby from Calhoun County jail(was sent there on Dec 13,2006). When is visitation? Also, he told me he had to participate in S.A.P. for 8wks. He thought after that he would be released, but he doesn't have a parole hearing set yet. Do you have to be paroled out of there before you can leave? I need all the info I can get about this place. He is in there for probation violation, he visited me and his daughter in another county than he was living and his Dad told his PO and instead of fighting it he told the Judge to let him serve his sentence so this will all be over with. He is 25 (if that's relevent) and his EOS date is 2-27-08. We can not afford a parole Attorney. Anything is helpful!! Thank you!!-Christa:)

My fiance is at mobile work release so if you need to know anything just pm me. Visitation is on sundays and they go by the last name L thru Z visits this sunday. Has he already done SAP or is he about to start it? When they are in SAP their visitation is every saturday morning and both days its the same time 8 till 1.
