I have a friend that is in prison out there but i dont know where he actually at. all i know is his full name and the month and day of his birthday but not year is there any way i can find him???

Yes ....go to the Arkansas Dept of Correction website and do inmate search.....put in his information and it SHOULD give you the info you need. Kitty
